In order to rent a home in Mulford Park all tenants are required to fill out the Mulford Park Application. This application can be filled out in person at our office or can be started using our online form.
The application processes takes 5-7 business days and requires the following:

A $50 money order fee made out to Mulford Park Apartments*

All tenants Social Security Numbers

Driver's License or equivalent ID for the lessors paying the rent

Proof of Income (Last three paystubs)

Asset verification(Bank Account, Debit Cards, etc)
You can get started on your application by using the online form and when you come in you can bring in the SSNs and other specified information that cannot be submitted through the online form.
*This fee is non-refundable if the application is denied, if approved the fee goes into the first month's rent.
